We provide substitute performance
We are a recognised employer on the protected labour market pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended.
In the Czech Republic, substitute performance is regulated by Section 84 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll. Every employer with more than 25 employees is, under this Act, obliged to employ people with disabilities (OZP) in a proportion of 4% of the total number of employees. If you cannot or do not wish to meet this obligation by directly employing people with disabilities, you may use so-called substitute performance.
Substitute performance is a statutory option to fulfil the mandatory share of employing people with disabilities by purchasing products or services from entities that employ more than 50% of people with disabilities and are recognised employers on the protected labour market. Substitute performance therefore represents an alternative way for companies to meet their legal obligations while at the same time supporting the employment of people with disabilities.
