CLINITEX s.r.o. is a Czech company with the motto:

We are a manufacturer and supplier of medical textiles and garments, surgical clothing and bedding, with a focus on companies operating on the textile rental market (laundries) as well as on direct end users. All our products are designed for repeated use. An individual and professional approach to every customer is ensured by experienced, professionally trained staff and supported by sophisticated development, design and production software and machinery. The company is based in Ostrava.

The permanent and fundamental task of CLINITEX is to build, maintain and develop an economically sound and prosperous business. Wherever it operates, CLINITEX accepts responsibility towards its employees, business partners and the public. Employee relations are key to the company’s strong and stable relationship with all its staff, a relationship based on mutual respect and dignity. To achieve these goals, we have defined the following ethical principles, which are binding both for the company and for all its employees:
- To act in accordance with the principles of law and justice arising from the principles of democracy and the rule of law, as set out in the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
- To act without undue emotional display, in the spirit of the inviolable values of freedom, equality and human dignity, and to do so openly and in a welcoming manner.
- To maintain respect and loyalty towards CLINITEX and all colleagues.
- To apply an equal, impartial, independent, incorruptible and fair approach to all persons affected by CLINITEX’s activities.

- To develop IT procedures incorporating control and security elements that ensure an adequate level of protection of our business partners’ data, and at the same time to maintain confidentiality about any facts that could damage or endanger CLINITEX or a business partner.
- Not to act in violation of applicable competition laws, to faithfully record all financial transactions and to keep accounting records in accordance with locally accepted accounting principles.
- To create a safe and healthy working environment, to work continuously on its improvement and to support the education and training of employees.
- To provide employees with channels to raise legitimate concerns and complaints in a manner that ensures proper review and appropriate remedy, without any form of retaliation.
- To address shortcomings consistently and to constantly seek ways to improve the quality of our products and services.

In-house development and design
We use intelligent systems from Gerber Technology (USA), which ensure highly accurate, efficient, repeatable and productive design, grading, marker making and cutting of individual patterns and production batches. These systems include:
- AccuMark Pattern Design Software – for pattern design and grading
- AccuNest Automated Nesting Software – for efficient marker making and maximum material utilisation
- AccuMark Made-to-Measure Software – for made-to-measure garment design
- Cutter GTxL – automatic spreading and cutting line
Material readiness
Our central fabric warehouse, with a capacity of 675 pallet positions, maintains a permanent stock of approximately 300,000 metres of fabrics, stored under controlled temperature and humidity. This ensures very short lead times for new orders.
Production
We manufacture using state-of-the-art industrial JUKI sewing machines, snap-fastening automatons, transfer presses, ironing equipment, TAJIMA embroidery machines, and program-controlled PFAFF hot-air welding machines for seam taping, as well as other specialised equipment.
