CLINITEX's permanent and fundamental task is to build, maintain and develop an economically healthy and prosperous business. Employee relations are key to the company's strong and solid relationship with all its employees, based on mutual respect and dignity. To achieve these goals, we have defined the following ethical principles to which we are committed as a company and to our employees:

• To act in accordance with the principles of law and justice arising from the principles of democracy and the rule of law, which are contained in the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
• To act without inadequate display of emotion, in the spirit of the inviolable values of freedom, equality and human dignity, openly and in a welcoming manner.
• Maintain respect and loyalty to CLINITEX and co-workers.
• To apply an equal, impartial, non-influential, incorruptible and fair approach to all persons affected by CLINITEX activities.
• Perform work to a high professional standard and take personal responsibility for its quality and the development of expertise in their area of work.
• Develop IT procedures containing control and security features that ensure a sufficient level of protection for our business partners' data, while maintaining confidentiality of facts that could damage or compromise CLINITEX or a business partner.
• Not to act in contravention of applicable competition laws, to accurately record all financial transactions, and to maintain accounting records in accordance with locally accepted accounting principles.
• To create a safe and healthy working environment, to work continuously for its improvement and to support the training of its employees.
• Provide employees with the means to raise legitimate concerns and complains in a manner that ensures they are properly investigated and appropriately remedied without penalty.
• To deal with shortcomings with consistency and to continually look for ways to improve the quality of our products and services.
