Information on the Processing of Personal Data

It is important for you to know that we process the personal data you submit responsibly and transparently. You have the right to request information about the personal data we keep about you, as well as their correction or deletion, regardless of whether the data were provided based on your consent. If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact us in writing at the company’s registered address.
Security of Your Personal Data
CLINITEX s.r.o. ensures the security of the personal data you provide to us. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data adequately, considering the nature and sensitivity of the processing. No unauthorised person has access to your personal data. We do not disclose your data to third parties without your consent unless required by law or necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests.
Right to Information
You have the right to request information from CLINITEX s.r.o. about which personal data we process about you, to what extent, and for what purpose. We will provide this information free of charge within 30 days. In exceptional situations, the deadline may be extended, and you will be notified accordingly. If you request the personal data we hold about you, we must verify your identity before providing the information. Therefore, please include sufficient identification details in your request. If necessary, we may request additional information for verification. We are entitled to refuse information requests that are unfounded, excessively repetitive, or would require disproportionate effort (typically data stored in backup systems or archives).
Updating Data, Right to Rectification
Since your personal data may change over time (e.g., a change of surname), we would appreciate it if you informed us of any changes to keep your data accurate and prevent potential errors. Providing updated information is essential for us to properly perform our role as the personal data controller. You also have the right to request the rectification of personal data we hold about you if you find that the information is no longer accurate.
Objections

Right to Erasure
If you have previously granted consent for the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. We are then obliged to delete the data that we process solely based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed as part of contractual obligations, legal requirements, or legitimate interests. If some of your data are stored in automated backup systems that ensure system resilience and data protection in case of failures, it is not technically possible to delete the data from these systems immediately. However, such data are no longer actively processed and will not be used for any further processing purposes.
