Delivery Costs

The Czech Republic

• For orders up to 1, 500 CZK incl. VAT the buyer covers delivery costs around the Czech Republic plus packing costs in the amount of 150 CZK incl. VAT
• For orders above 1, 501 CZK incl. VAT delivery around the Czech Republic is free of charge

Slovakia

• For orders up to 5, 000 CZK incl. VAT the buyer covers costs plus packing in the amount of 200 CZK incl. VAT
• For orders above 5, 001 CZK incl. VAT delivery around Slovakia is free of charge

Europe

Price of transport is defined for the amount up to 10 products, above this amount the price is determined individually.

Shipped Orders Unaccepted by the customer

Each accepted order (in the electronic form, by e-mail and phone) is binding. If the order dispatched and to be paid by cash on delivery by the customer (buyer), is not taken over, we will require reimbursement of shipping costs and a handling fee in the amount of 300 CZK, representing our real administrative, labour, material additional costs related to return of the goods that was not taken over. By the order acceptance you agree with our General Terms and Conditions as well as contractual penalty of the stated amount. Please note that all outstanding debts (cash on delivery + unpaid contractual penalty) will be advanced to our partner and enforced including all related costs.
